*Garda Lake

Another stop during my Italian Eastern travel trip was the Garda Lake. It was the first time I've been there. Eventhough it was cloudy and windy, it was breathtaking. Now I can understand the fascination Lago di Garda! It is a very popular holiday destination, though there are some cheap offers especially for students and in the low season. Bus travels, surf and sailing schools and even lunch deals exist for students and early-birds ;)

Camping fields, Hostels and Hotels are in every town and village. We made a trip around the coast by car. It's a very good feeling having a gelato at the beach of the Garda Lake! xxx Heidi
