Hi guys,
Last stop of the first day was in Fort William. At the harbour you can eat delicious Fish & Chips and if you walk up the hill you will have an amazing view.
Sights:
1. Jacobite Steam Train: Scenic two hour run between Fort William and Mallaig. Adult/child day return: £32/£18 (May to August) - Includes Glen Finnan Viaduct known from Harry Potter.
Ben Nevis Distillery: Guided tour Adult/child £4/£2.
If your looking for a affordable place to sleep, check out: Spean Bridge hotel. Overall, its quite OK.. rooms are affordable, clean and there are possibilities to get breakfast and dinner.. (quality is overall not really high ;) but it will do..) There is a bar where you can enjoy life music and if you go up the hill there is this cute diner at the train stop.

Eastern holiday - part 4 - Oban
Hi there,
I've been posting about Oban before, remember: The Fish Temple & cheap backpackers hostel? However I thought it wearth it to mention it again.
Sights:
1. McCaig's Tower: "up the hill" - Looks like the Colosseum. Open 24h, it's a steep climb but the view is worth the effort. (during the night is lights up in purple)
2. Oban Distillery: tel: 01631 572004 - Stafford St. tour £7. Booking in advance is recommended!
3. Dunollie castle & 1745 house: adult/child - £3/free.
