Hi there,
I've been posting about Oban before, remember: The Fish Temple & cheap backpackers hostel? However I thought it wearth it to mention it again.
Sights:
1. McCaig's Tower: "up the hill" - Looks like the Colosseum. Open 24h, it's a steep climb but the view is worth the effort. (during the night is lights up in purple)
2. Oban Distillery: tel: 01631 572004 - Stafford St. tour £7. Booking in advance is recommended!
3. Dunollie castle & 1745 house: adult/child - £3/free.

Oban, Seafood Restaurant - The Fish Temple
Hi There..
This one is for those of you who love to eat seafood. On our trip to Oban we found a sweet little diner at the sea side, with beautiful seaviews. It is called the Fish Temple, and they serve locally sourced seafood. It's a bit more expensive, but worth your money! Check out their website, and if you are planning to go, please book a table in advance. If you go there you understand what I mean with this ;)
Cheers #Sophie

Argyll, Inveraray, Oban - Castle Hopping - ROAD TRIP TIP #2 "part 1"
Hi there,
I've been on a road trip this weekend, which was AWESOME! We left Paisley on Saturday at 10.00h, by car and drove up to Loch Lomond, Argyll, Inveraray and had a pit stop in Oban. "Check the picture of Google Maps for the exact route we took" I've highlighted the most beautiful viewpoints. One tip, take this route after the Easter holiday, because a lot is closed between November and March.
Let me show you the way ...
Castle hopping, not something you would normally do... but actually really funny if your acting like a house shopping princess... ;) We've seen so many different landscapes on this tour, I really recommend to put this one on your bucket list.
