Top Ten most bizarre monuments on Earth - The Wellington Statue
Go to the Royal Exchange Square in Glasgow, which form an end to Ingram Street, and you'll find the equestrian Wellington Statue: the statue of the Duke of Wellington, erected in 1844.
Why is it one of the most bizarre monuments on Earth ??
Because the Duke has a traffic cone on his head !
The purpose of the "game" is to replace the traffic cone on the statue everytime the city removes it. After many times, the cone is left on the head of the Duke, like a part of the statue !!
